Surprising taste experience: The Martini glass from Hering Berlin
Martini is one of the few drinks that requires a glass for itself: a characteristic goblet on a long stem. This long stem prevents the cocktail from the heat of the hand. When designing the martini glass in the Domain Collection, top designer Stefanie Hering didn’t fail to leave her own avant-garde signature: the mild curve in the goblet, which creates a beautiful optical effect, and the smoke-grey ribbed stem, which is so characteristic of all the items in the Domain Collection. In combination with the highest crystal quality, the design of this martini glass offers a surprising taste experience.

Martini glass with very high glass density and quality
The strength of the martini glasses is not in the decoration, but the quality of the glass. The mouth-blown crystal used by Hering Berlin meets the highest demands: very high glass density and quality, combined with the sophisticated design of the characteristic long handle. This ensures that both the colour and the taste of the drink are optimally accentuated. The martini glasses from the Domain collection can also be used for sherry and cognac.
Cross-border innovation
The development of Stefanie Hering's collections over the years has shown that they have been crossing borders more and more, with a trademark contribution to innovations in the world of crystal glasses. For this Martini glass, the designer worked intensively on the requirements that glasses for various beverages, such as sherry or cognac, have to meet in order to show their contents as well as possible. To this end, she has cooperated with the crystal glass manufacturer Glashütte Theresienthal.
Glashütte Theresienthal stands for highest quality
The enormous knowledge and experience of the artisans make Glashütte Theresienthal the international centre of crystal glass production. Since 1836 glassblowers, engravers, painters and craftsmen have been working to attain perfection in this highly demanding field. For Stefanie Hering, there was no doubt about the implementation of her designs of the first crystal glass collection in the Theresienthal manufactory.
Martini glass also Mix & Match
Hering Berlin has perfected the implementation of the idea of "Mix & Match" in the porcelain manufactory. Many of the collections designed by Stefanie Hering are not only offered as standalone set combinations but can also be put together easily. The Martini glasses made of crystal glass therefore go well with items in the other collections. Discover how to create beautiful combinations according to your own taste and style in the online shop.
